1. Is this really safe? Could I cut my finger?
Yes, it’s very safe. The double safety guard (Handguard) holds the vegetable firmly in place and prevents your fingers from touching the blade. Furthermore, the blades are recessed deep within the appliance, making it almost impossible to touch them accidentally.

2. How do you adjust the blade thickness?
There is a clear slide control on top of the appliance, marked with the numbers 1–5. Slide the control to the desired position. This adjusts the blade clearance, allowing you to achieve either a thin or thick cut.

3. How do you change the blades?
The blades are changed using a mechanism inside the appliance. You do not need to touch the blades at all. Push the slide switch, and the blade will be released and slide into place.

4. Can this be washed in the dishwasher?
Most of the parts (bowl, lid, blade assembly) are dishwasher-safe. However, we recommend washing the blade section by hand to ensure it remains sharp for as long as possible. A cleaning brush is included.
